PersonaForge enables you to build expressive AI personas that look, sound, and think like real people — or wholly fictional characters. This power is meaningful and so are its boundaries. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes the behavior we expect, the behavior we prohibit, and the consequences of violations. The AUP supplements (and is incorporated into) our Terms of Service.
1. Identity & consent
- You may build a persona of yourself, or of another person only with their documented prior consent.
- You may not impersonate any real person without their explicit consent, including public figures, celebrities, employees, or competitors.
- You may not build personas of minors under 18.
- You may not use PersonaForge to circumvent identity verification on third-party services (e.g., KYC, voice authentication).
2. Prohibited content
You may not use PersonaForge to create, host, or distribute personas that:
- Produce sexual content depicting real or apparently-real minors
- Promote violence, terrorism, or self-harm
- Facilitate harassment, doxxing, or stalking
- Engage in election fraud, voter suppression, or impersonate election officials
- Carry out fraud, including pump-and-dump schemes, romance fraud, or pretexting
- Distribute malware or facilitate unauthorized computer access
- Infringe intellectual-property rights you do not own
3. Required AI disclosure
Personas deployed to end-users must clearly identify themselves as AI when asked, and must not deny being an AI in response to direct inquiry. You are responsible for any additional disclosure required by jurisdictional law (e.g., California SB 1001).
4. Platform integrity
- Do not attempt to bypass beta-access gates or rate limits.
- Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of PersonaForge systems without prior written authorization.
- Do not use automated tooling to scrape, mirror, or resell the service.
- Do not interfere with other users' access or quality of service.
5. Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access for any AUP violation, with or without notice depending on severity. Where required, we will report illegal activity to the appropriate authorities. We may also remove specific personas or content while leaving the rest of an account intact.
6. Reporting
To report suspected AUP violations, email abuse@persona-forge.ai. Please include the persona URL or account identifier and a description of the violation.
7. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to account holders by email and posted here with an updated effective date.
